1. الأهلية القانونية: بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، يقر المستخدم ويضمن أنه قد بلغ السن القانوني الذي يؤهله لإبرام العقود والالتزام بالمعاملات المالية والقانونية عبر التطبيق. في حال كان المستخدم قاصراً، يجب أن يتم الاستخدام تحت إشراف ولي الأمر.
2. طبيعة المنتجات وإخلاء المسؤولية: نظراً لأن منتجات دنيا الأسماك تتكون من مواد غذائية طازجة وحساسة وقابلة للتلف السريع، فإن المتجر يلتزم بضمان أعلى معايير الجودة والرقابة الصحية حتى لحظة تسليم المنتج للعميل أو شركة الشحن. بناءً عليه، يخلي المتجر مسؤوليته التامة عن أي ضرر يلحق بالمنتج نتيجة سوء التخزين أو التداول الخاطئ بعد إتمام عملية الاستلام.
3. دقة الأوزان والمعايير الفنية: تعتمد سياسة البيع لدينا على “الوزن الإجمالي” للمنتج قبل عمليات المعالجة (التنظيف، التقشير، أو الطبخ). يقر العميل بعلمه وموافقته التامة على أن الوزن النهائي للمنتج قد يطرأ عليه تغيير طبيعي نتيجة هذه العمليات، ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة بفرق الوزن الناتج عن التحضير الفني للمنتج.
4. التعديلات القانونية والسيادة: يحتفظ متجر دنيا الأسماك بالحق الحصري والمطلق في تحديث، تعديل، أو تغيير هذه “الشروط والأحكام” في أي وقت يراه مناسباً لضمان سير العمل. تعتبر جميع التعديلات نافذة وملزمة قانوناً فور نشرها على التطبيق أو الموقع الإلكتروني، ويُعد استمرار استخدامك للخدمة موافقة ضمنية على هذه التعديلات.
1. Legal Capacity: By using this application, the user represents and warrants that they have reached the legal age required to enter into binding contracts and fulfill financial and legal obligations. Minors may only use our services under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Product Nature & Disclaimer: As Donia Al-Asmak products consist of fresh, perishable food items, we guarantee the highest standards of quality and health safety up until the moment of delivery. Consequently, the store disclaims any liability for product degradation resulting from improper storage or mishandling by the customer after the delivery has been completed.
3. Weight Accuracy & Technical Standards: Our sales policy is based on the “gross weight” of the product prior to processing (cleaning, scaling, or cooking). The customer acknowledges and agrees that the final weight may naturally decrease due to these preparation processes. No claims regarding weight differences resulting from technical preparation shall be entertained.
4. Legal Amendments & Authority: Donia Al-Asmak reserves the exclusive and absolute right to update, modify, or change these “Terms and Conditions” at any time. All amendments shall become effective and legally binding immediately upon their publication on the application or website. Continued use of the service constitutes your implicit acceptance of these revised terms.
